1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Trade Spinners website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date at the bottom of this page reflects the latest revision.

2. Description of Services

Trade Spinners provides tools and content that may include, depending on your subscription and region:

Trading signals — informational alerts relating to markets and instruments, delivered through the Platform and related channels where available.
Marketplace — digital products (e.g. indicators, expert advisors, scripts) offered by us and/or third-party sellers.
Academy — educational courses and materials.
MT4/MT5 account connection — optional connectivity features to link your MetaTrader accounts for monitoring, automation, or related functionality as described in the product.

Services are provided “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that any feature will meet your expectations or trading objectives.

3. User Accounts and Registration

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be of legal age to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, or pose risk to the Platform or other users.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

Paid subscriptions, marketplace purchases, and other fees are charged according to the pricing and billing terms presented at checkout. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method.

Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions may renew automatically. You may cancel in accordance with the cancellation flow provided in your account. Refunds, if any, are governed by our refund policy as disclosed at the time of purchase.

Taxes may apply based on your location and are your responsibility where required by law.

5. Referral Program Terms

If you participate in our referral program, commissions or profit-sharing (as described in the referral documentation) are earned only when referred users meet eligibility criteria (e.g. qualified activity, compliance with program rules).

Commission structures, tiers, and payout schedules may change; we will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes. Self-referrals, fraudulent referrals, or circumvention of program rules may result in forfeiture of rewards and account action.

Referral rewards are not guaranteed income and may be taxable in your jurisdiction; consult a professional advisor.

6. Marketplace Seller Terms

If you sell on the marketplace, you agree to provide accurate listings, honor license terms for digital goods, comply with applicable laws, and not distribute malware or infringing content. We may remove listings, withhold payouts, or terminate seller access for violations.

Seller fees, payout timing, and dispute handling are as set forth in seller terms and checkout flows. You grant us a license to host, display, and deliver your products to buyers as needed to operate the marketplace.

7. MT4/MT5 Account Connection

Where supported, connection to MetaTrader accounts may use read-only or limited permissions as configured (including investor/read-only passwords where applicable). You represent that you have authority to connect any account you link.

Connectivity depends on brokers, third-party APIs (e.g. bridge providers), and network conditions. We are not responsible for execution, slippage, or broker-specific restrictions.

8. Risk Disclaimer

Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose some or all of your capital. Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment, tax, or legal advice.

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform, branding, software, and content (excluding user-generated or seller content) are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Platform for personal or internal business use as permitted by these Terms. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute our materials except as allowed by law or express license.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trade Spinners and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Platform shall not exceed the amounts you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, except where prohibited by law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, legal requirements, or operational reasons. Provisions that by nature should survive (e.g. liability limitations, intellectual property) will survive termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on the Platform. Material changes may be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform where appropriate. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires a different process.
