Account & Registration

Click “Register” on the homepage, enter your name, email, and password, and complete any verification steps. You can add a referral code during signup if you have one.

A referral code links your account to the member who invited you. Enter it on the registration form when prompted. It may be required to qualify for referral rewards depending on program rules.

Use the “Forgot password” link on the login page. Enter your email and follow the reset link we send. If email does not arrive, check spam or contact support.

Generally one account per person is allowed. Multiple accounts to abuse referrals or promotions may result in suspension. Contact support if you need a business or special case exception.

MT4/MT5 Connection

Open the MT4/MT5 section in your dashboard, add your account number, server, and the credentials we request (often investor/read-only password for monitoring). Save and follow any verification prompts.

Investor (read-only) passwords are designed for viewing without trading rights on most brokers. Never share your master trading password. Use only the connection method we specify and revoke access if you stop using the service.

An investor password is a secondary password that typically allows read-only access to your account in MetaTrader. Create it in your broker’s client portal or MT terminal under account settings—wording varies by broker.

Common causes: wrong server name, typo in account number, firewall blocking our bridge, broker restrictions, or using the wrong password type. Double-check credentials and try again; contact support with screenshots if needed.

Support depends on our connectivity provider and broker API availability. Most brokers compatible with standard MetaTrader hosting work; check the connection screen for notes or ask support for your broker’s status.

Referral Program

You receive a unique referral link or code. When someone registers and meets activity requirements, you may earn commissions or profit-sharing as described in the current referral terms on the platform.

Rates depend on the active commission structure (tier, product, and referred activity). See the Referrals page and official announcements for current percentages and caps.

Typically on qualified trading volume, subscription fees, or net revenue as defined in the program rules. Calculation details and any fees are shown in your dashboard or referral documentation.

No. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or artificial activity to generate rewards violate program rules and may lead to forfeiture and account closure.

Subscriptions & Payments

Plans depend on region and product (e.g. EA subscription, signal plans). Open the Pricing or Subscriptions area in your account to see active options and features.

Manage billing from your account’s subscription or billing section. Cancellation stops future renewals; access may continue until the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise.

We support payment methods shown at checkout (e.g. cards, wallets) processed by our payment partners. Available methods may vary by country.

Trials depend on the product and current promotions. Check the signup or pricing page for trial availability and duration.

Marketplace

Browse the marketplace, open a product page, add to cart, and complete checkout. You must be logged in. After payment, the product appears under My Purchases with download/license details.

Go to My Purchases and use the download link for each order. Links may be time-limited for security. Save your license key where provided.

Digital goods are often non-refundable once delivered unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase. Check the product page and Terms for the policy that applies to your order.

Submit a vendor application from the marketplace. After review and approval, you can list products subject to seller terms and compliance checks.

Academy

Some courses may be free; others are paid. Pricing and “free” badges are shown on each course page.

Open the course, choose Enroll (or checkout for paid courses). Once enrolled, access lessons from My Learning or the course curriculum.

When you complete all required lessons and meet completion criteria, a certificate may be issued if available for that course. View it from My Learning or the certificate page linked after completion.

Signals

The signal service provides trading ideas or alerts for educational and informational purposes, delivered according to your plan (e.g. dashboard, email). It is not personalized investment advice.

Choose a signal plan from the Signals or Subscribe section, complete checkout, and ensure your subscription is active in your account.

Delivery channels may include the subscriber dashboard, email, or future push notifications as announced. Availability depends on your plan and platform settings.

Trials or limited previews may be offered when advertised. Otherwise, review our Risk Disclosure and Terms before subscribing.

Withdrawals

Open the Withdrawals section in your dashboard, enter the amount and destination details, and submit the request. Additional verification may be required for security.

Minimums depend on method and program rules shown in the withdrawal interface. Amounts may change; always check the form before submitting.
